Response time

We reply to every message within 2 business days. Order and delivery problems are prioritised ahead of general questions.

What to include

For anything related to an order, download, or refund, please include:

Your order number (it appears in your confirmation email and on your order confirmation page)
The email address you used at checkout
The book or bundle name, and a short description of what went wrong

Sending these three details in your first message is usually the difference between a same-day fix and several days of back-and-forth.

Download and delivery help

Every HaulmDigital product is a digital download — nothing physical is shipped. After your payment is confirmed, Shopify emails a download link to the address you used at checkout, and the same files are available on your order confirmation page. Individual books are delivered as a complete PDF, with an EPUB edition included alongside it for most titles.

If your download has not arrived:

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, and search your inbox for “HaulmDigital”
Confirm the email address on your order was typed correctly at checkout
Revisit your order confirmation page, where the same files remain available

Still stuck, or lost a file you previously downloaded? Send your order number and the email you purchased with, and we will restore your access.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately on payment, digital purchases are generally final once the download has been delivered and accessed. We do issue full refunds for duplicate charges, a broken delivery link we cannot resolve, or a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its product-page description. Requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Questions before you buy

If you are unsure whether a particular book or bundle fits your situation, ask before purchasing rather than after. Describe what you are actually dealing with and we will tell you honestly which title fits — or whether none of them do.
