REFUND POLICY

All products sold by HaulmDigital are digital, downloadable PDF guides and workbooks delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the instant, unrecoverable nature of digital delivery, please review each product's description carefully before buying.

Our policy
Since access is granted immediately upon payment, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered and accessed, except in the situations described below.

When we will issue a refund
We will happily issue a full refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
• You never received a working download link due to a technical error on our end, and we are unable to resolve access within a reasonable time.
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described on the product page.

To request a refund under one of these circumstances, contact us at barrontjr@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review each request individually and respond within 2 business days.

Change of mind
Because our guides are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and saved immediately, we're generally unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you have a question about whether a guide is right for you before buying, email us at barrontjr@gmail.com and we're happy to help you decide.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
